As you hopefully all know we were away at Adepticon last week and as such orders have been slow to process, I have been working tirelessly since landing back in the UK on Tuesday. The result of this being half of all orders being processed. If you have received a shipping notification then congratulations you are the lucky ones.  Any orders still outstanding have now been packed and are ready to ship (literally sat in mail bags behind me) Unfortunately due to the long bank holiday weekend here in the UK my next mail collection is not until Wednesday 8th. ...

As I always inevitable I have implemented a price rise to some products across the store, predominantly plinths at present. Although I will evaluate prices in other ranges in the coming months.  This is due to increased material and running costs. Like everyone I look forward to the day we all see prices come down, although in the current world market that doesn't look likely 

I am off on another wonderful adventure to try and bag myself more Golden Demons at Adepticon. As such there will be a delay in shipping for any orders placed between 20th March & 1st April.  A batch of orders will be shipped on Monday 23rd prior to me leaving but this will be based on what I can pack and ship before I travel. Anything not shipped will be sent on my return, hopefully on Wednesday 1st.  Depending on order volumes while away there may be further delays to items being shipped.  Basically I'll do what I can but...

Right so I have zero idea what is actually going on with all the new EU levy's and small parcel tax. We have just been reading a load of articles trying to figure out what is actually happening, and it seems like no one knows where these levy's will be charged?  We can only assume they will be added onto the customs and import duty charged to the recipient prior to delivery.  So if you are ordering from the EU then expect a change to import charges you will have to pay. We cannot work out if this is doing...

As promised shipping to the USA has now resumed. I have still yet to test the Royal Mail side of the process but am hearing reassurances all is working well.  Customers state side will now see the 10% duties added to all orders at checkout. This will be used to pay duties with royal mail prior to sending, in turn they will pay this money back to your government.  There will some delays to order processing while I get up to speed with the new system. Please allow additional delays to delivery while Royal Mail and USPS also familiarise themselves...
