Everyone deserves a holiday once and a while and after the madness of the last few months I'd say I'm overdue 😎 Thankfully I have a staff member who will keep the store ticking over, all be it in a limited capacity.  The last full shipping date was friday (21st Aug) after which orders for resin parts will be shipped on 1st September (no plinths) then normal service will resume from Tuesday 8th September.  This gives my staff member time to collate orders and process them at their own pace while I am away. Unfortunately they are unable to cast...

RIGHT THIS SUCKS! After the recent wonderful news that I had FINALLY found a solution to the nightmare of shipping into the EU and navigating Duties. We are now facing another potentially business stopping issue. The Eu waste act comes into full force on the 12th August, while we were aware of this, we had hoped some kind of exemption would be put in place for small businesses such as ours. Such as "import less then a ton of packaging" or "employ less then 10 staff" or "have a turnover less then 1 million per year" or other such conditions....

So I've been in the process of getting new product photographed and added to the store AT LONG LAST!! Starting with the new insert plinths for squares, rectangles and ovals. These are now available in the store. Next up will be knight parts for all variants (including the new destrier one) so expect those to drop in the coming week or so.

So firstly thank you for bearing with me while we worked out the best method to approach the continuing changes to EU shipping and small parcel levees.  I have found a new shipping provider that incorporated all duties and pays them, prior to shipping. This hopefully means all EU orders going forward will have duties paid with no additional expense for you the customer! thats the plan at least.  We are just finishing setting up the new system and have a batch of orders to 'test'. fingers crossed all goes smoothly More updates soon. 

After a busy few weeks I have completed the move (mostly singlehandedly) to the new unit. I still cannot believe how much stuff I managed to cram into our old space. But we're in and all set up.  Yes there is a shortage of stock but I am working hard to get that resolved, please refrain from messaging asking when XYZ will be restocked. The less messages I have to respond to the more I can focus on restocking.  There's still details to iron out and get set up here, and I have a part time staff member to train....
