So firstly thank you for bearing with me while we worked out the best method to approach the continuing changes to EU shipping and small parcel levees.
I have found a new shipping provider that incorporated all duties and pays them, prior to shipping. This hopefully means all EU orders going forward will have duties paid with no additional expense for you the customer! thats the plan at least.
We are just finishing setting up the new system and have a batch of orders to 'test'. fingers crossed all goes smoothly
