Inevitable Price Rises

Posted by james taro on

Hi All.

Firstly thank you all so much for your continued support for the store, without you all I would not be able to continue doing what I do.

We have ridden out the wave of price rises for a while now and the last time I reviewed prices in the store was February of this year and decided not to raise them, apart from one or two minor tweaks. However upon my latest review the time has come for a store wide price rise, this equates to around 25-50 pence on items (GBP). The latter predominantly affecting plinths.

With the increased costs of just about everything in the world it is regrettable that we have to follow suit. Resin and silicone prices have crept up over the past few years and we absorbed much of that. The biggest hit recently has come in the cost of waste disposal, especially when it comes to resin waste. I have always been conscious of correct disposal methods and aim to minimise my impact upon the environment. This of course comes at a huge cost which hopefully you will all appreciate.

Thank you all again and we hope you have a wonderful holiday season and get plenty of hobby time

Taro
